A Luzerne County woman might have thought that she had the perfect hiding place for her alleged stash of heroin — inside her own body. She was wrong.
The Citizens Voice newspaper reports that Tabitha Bidgood, 26, of Plymouth, Pa., was found by Lackawanna County police with 24 bags of heroin in her vagina when detectives arrested her and a man late last week.
The other suspect is described as her “muscle.” He is Clarence Anderson, 33, of Wilkes-Barre. The pair were arrested in the parking lot of a motel in Moosic, Lackawanna County, Pa., the newspaper reports.
Both were being held in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $50,000 on drug counts, with a preliminary hearing set for Thursday, according to the Citizens Voice.
